We Are Concerned About Privacy
Proximi deeply cares about, respects, and protects the privacy of its users. For your convenience, we have detailed the guidelines we use regarding information provided by our users while using the MagicPad application.
Information Collection and Use
There are two types of information that Proximi may collect when you use MagicPad. The first, called personally identifiable information, is data that you knowingly provide us about yourself. The second, called non-personally identifiable or aggregate information, is obtained from your use but is not directly associated with you when you use the MagicPad service.
Personally Identifiable Information
Proximi requests personally identifiable information from users when users send email. This includes to and from email addresses and note contents. We do not sell, distribute, disclose, or store for extended periods, any user information. This data is used to send emails only at the user request. We also log device ID and IP address for security, monitoring, and tracking purposes to prevent attacks on the system and malicious application usage.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Proximi also logs non-personally identifiable information, or aggregate data, such as internet protocol (IP) address and browser type, from all users. This data is used to track usage and enhance Proximi services. User IP addresses are recorded for security, monitoring, and tracking purposes to prevent attacks on the system and malicious application usage. We also log device type and number of messages sent per day. We use this information to enhance our service based on our customer’s usage.

The MagicPad application or emails generated by the application may contain links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by Proximi. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices of such links. This privacy statement is only applicable to information collected by MagicPad. These links may be used for advertising or other business purposes.
Changes in this Privacy Statement
Proximi reserves the right to modify this privacy statement at any time. If changes are made to this policy we will post them on our website so that users are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it, and when we may disclose it. Users are thus bound by any minor changes to this statement once revised. In the event that material alterations are made to this statement, however, we will post a notification on our website to inform users for 30 days.
